Wheatfield Soul is the fourth studio album by The Guess Who, released in March 1969. Their first release for RCA Records, the album is also notable as the band’s first full-length effort to feature Burton Cummings exclusively on lead vocals. Anchored by the U.S. Top 10 hit “These Eyes,” Wheatfield Soul marked the beginning of the group’s international success.
